Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and technically sound Procurement Executive with specialized experience in the HVAC industry to manage end-to-end sourcing for large-scale VRF/VRV and Chiller projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring high-value equipment, tracking vendor deliverables, analyzing commercial techno-functional bids, and aligning the material supply chain with strict project execution timelines to maximize cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities

- Core Equipment & Material Sourcing: Handle end-to-end procurement for VRF/VRV units, Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and primary technical packages.
- BOM & Technical Alignment: Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and engineering specifications to float accurate Request for Quotations (RFQs) to approved Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers.
- Commercial Negotiation: Conduct rigorous techno-commercial evaluations, build comparison matrices, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery

- Ancillary Product Procurement: Source project-critical materials including copper piping, MS/GI ducting, thermal insulation, refrigerant gases, valves, dampers, BMS controls, and diffusers.
- Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified global and domestic manufacturers, managing ongoing performance matrixes for quality and delivery timeliness.
- Logistics & Timeline Management: Coordinate with logistics partners to oversee transport, customs clearance (if imported), and safe delivery to site locations to prevent project bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the project estimation, engineering, and on-site warehouse teams to audit material consumption and verify Invoice Clearances vs. Goods Received Notes (GRN).

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
