Job Title: Purchase Executive

Work Location: Thrissur

Interview Location: Kochi

Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement process

- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers

- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers

- Prepare and process purchase orders

- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per requirements

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/department heads

- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation

- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports

- Ensure quality standards are met for all procured items

- Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payments

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Relevant Field

- 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase department

Skills Required:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Good knowledge of procurement procedures

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred)

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
