Job Responsibilities

- Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations.
- Track order deliveries, pending invoices, and payment settlements.
- Verify purchase invoices against POs and goods receipts.
- Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, Finance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase history, and accounts payable in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare purchase costing sheets, price comparisons, and vendor reconciliation reports.
- Track product quality issues, returns, repairs, and vendor performance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support cost control and purchase planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Purchase Operations, or Accounts Payable.
- Jewellery industry experience with knowledge of Polki, Diamonds, Gemstones,



and Jewellery Manufacturing is essential.
- Proficiency in ERP/Tally, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Jewellery Industry Experience – Mandatory
- 3–4 years of experience in Vendor Management, Purchase Operations, or Accounts Payable, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of Polki, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery manufacturing, and semi-finished jewellery is essential.
- Candidates must understand jewellery procurement, vendor coordination, product quality checks, and purchase costing.
- Candidates without relevant jewellery product knowledge may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
