Job Responsibilities

- Follow up on all purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Track pending purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and order documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Update purchase order status and maintain accurate records.




- Help resolve delivery delays and vendor-related issues.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Vendor coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
