- Procure raw materials and machinery spares, coordinate with internal teams, develop suppliers, negotiate prices, prepare purchase orders, monitor inventory, and maintain purchase records

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in procurement, preferably in plastic or packaging manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure PP granules, PP sheets, HDPE components, foam, fasteners, adhesives, consumables, and machinery spares.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality teams.

- Develop suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and payment terms.

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.

- Monitor inventory,



control purchasing costs, and resolve supplier quality issues.

- Verify invoices and maintain purchase records and MIS reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.

- 25 years of purchasing experience, preferably in plastics or packaging.

- Positive negotiation and supplier management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/purchase systems. Advantage.

Industry Preference:

- Logistics / Warehousing / Manufacturing / Packaging / Automotive
