Purchase & Sourcing Executive – Electronics

Qualification: Diploma / Engineering / Any relevant degree

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates

Preferred Domain: Electronics

We are looking for a Purchase / Sourcing Executive to manage the procurement of electronic components, PCB materials, mechanical parts, and other materials required for product development and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source electronic components, PCBs, connectors, cables, mechanical parts, and other materials.
- Identify suitable suppliers and obtain quotations based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Compare supplier prices, lead times, quality, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the hardware, production, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, and inventory-related documentation.




- Track material availability and support urgent procurement requirements.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and required specifications.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electronic components and their part numbers is preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor-coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to compare quotations and maintain purchase records.
