Mindful Rejuvenation,Hospital Angamaly, a multi-speciality mental health and rehabilitation centre, invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Psychiatric Social Worker (PSW)
Qualification Required
- MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work (Preferred)
- Candidates with hospital / psychiatric / rehabilitation experience preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred
- Fresher MPhil candidates can also apply
- Experience in psychiatric hospital / de-addiction centre / rehabilitation centre / counselling centre will be an advantage
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nursing staff, Therapist, and Patient family
- Ensure proper implementation of treatment plan
- Follow-up of OP and IP patients
- Conduct family meetings and counselling sessions
- Provide psycho-education to patient relatives
- Coordinate therapy and counselling schedules
- Coordinate admission and discharge process
- Maintain social case history and patient records
- Coordinate between OP, IP, Rehab, Nursing, Admin, and Management
- Schedule case discussions and review meetings
- Coordinate interns, trainees, and fieldwork students
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Prepare monthly activity report

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
