Job Responsibilities

- Lease renewals and rental negotiations.
- Identifying and finalizing new properties.
- Coordinating with landlords and property owners.
- Conducting field visits and negotiating rental terms.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or leasing.
- Robust negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel on a two-wheeler.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Sunday
