Job Details

- Position: Senior Analyst – P&C; Insurance
- Experience: 4+ Years (Mandatory)and only Graduates
- Domain: Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Specializations: P&C;,Motor Insurance & Marine Insurance
- CTC: Up to 10 LPA, 20-25% Hike on Last CTC
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Shift: US Shift with Fixed offs
- Location: Kodigehalli, Hebbal, Bengaluru
- Transport: Two-way cab facility

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support underwriters with day-to-day insurance operations, policy servicing, and account management activities.
- Coordinate with underwriters, insurance carriers, brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth policy processing.
- Assist in policy binding, documentation, invoicing, and timely delivery of insurance documents.
- Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and other policy servicing requests.
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders for pending information, documentation, and inspection requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of insurance records and policy documentation.




- Manage client queries, escalations, and service requests through emails and inbound/outbound calls.
- Identify process gaps, support process improvements, and maintain high standards of service quality.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the P&C; Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience in Motor Insurance and/or Marine Insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle and policy servicing.
- Experience in underwriting support, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, or cancellations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work in US night shifts and hybrid work arrangements.
