ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF PROJECT OFFICER FOR MAHARASHTRA AND ANDHRA PRADESH:

Position: Project Officer - 02

Location: Pune, Maharashtra and Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors/Master’s Degree with 2 years in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA/Mass Communication.
- Must have 2 years of experience in conducting field training programme independently under Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects.
- The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and positive communication ability with fluency in English and the regional language.
- Field Work Experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience of working with Business Incubation in preferred.

- Selected project officers will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and developing small and micro enterprises.




- Assisting the micro and small enterprises in developing technology and forward linkages
- Organizing workshops and training programs for NGOs/Institutions and Entrepreneurs.
- Networking and liaising with key stakeholders viz. Funding agencies, Development banks, government departments, NGOs, and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs.
- Preparing project reports
- Reporting to sponsoring agencies

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis. Maximum Salary: Upto Rs. 40,000 CTC The selected candidate may be posted anywhere in the country. Salary/ Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
