Job Summary

Supreme Urban Realities is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage projects from planning and execution through completion and final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong project management, site execution, team leadership, coordination, and cost-control skills, along with the ability to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion and final handover.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, billing, and budgets.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports, forecasts, and management updates.




- Conduct site inspections and surveys to monitor project progress.
- Ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate work across different project sites as required.
- Identify project delays and execution challenges and take corrective action to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management and site execution.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, construction drawings, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams, contractors, manpower, materials, and project timelines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage.
