: Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar)

Location: Kankanadi (Karnataka)

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar) to manage and execute solar energy projects across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in solar energy systems, project execution, site management, and team coordination, with proven experience in successfully delivering renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor solar energy projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, contractors, and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.




- Drive the project team towards achieving established targets and milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or in a similar technical role within the renewable energy or solar power industry.
- A degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a relevant technical qualification.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in solar energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar project execution, electrical systems, installation, and commissioning.
- Proven ability to manage project teams, contractors, timelines, and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Karnataka as required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- TA/DA: Provided in addition to salary as per company policy.
