RF Project Manager

Location: Remote, India

We are seeking an RF Project Manager to manage drive test teams and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wireless network testing projects. This role involves coordinating field teams, managing resources and schedules, and ensuring testing activities meet project requirements.

This prospect offers the chance to lead distributed drive test teams, work closely with RF engineers, and support LTE and 5G network testing while working remotely from India.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience managing drive test teams and RF or telecom projects.
- Understanding of LTE and 5G NR drive testing, RF KPIs, and data collection processes.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and team management skills.
- Ability to track deliverables, resolve operational issues, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with XCAL, XCAP, TEMS, and Actix.
- Experience coordinating geographically distributed field teams.
- Understanding of drive test equipment configuration, troubleshooting, and log quality checks.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead drive test teams and manage project execution from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with RF engineers and stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities.
- Manage team assignments, testing schedules, routes, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor project milestones, productivity, and deliverable quality.
- Identify risks, address delays, and coordinate resolution of field issues.




- Ensure timely submission of complete and accurate testing logs and reports.

Tech Breakdown

- LTE and 5G NR drive testing.
- RF performance indicators and network testing.
- Drive test tools, equipment, and data collection.

Daily Responsibilities

- Review daily testing plans and assign tasks to drive test teams.
- Track field progress and provide guidance on testing priorities.
- Coordinate technical support for equipment and testing issues.
- Follow up on outstanding logs, reports, and project deliverables.
- Communicate progress, risks, and action items to stakeholders.
