We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (MEP) with 5-8 years of experience to lead our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP coordination, site execution, and construction management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee site execution and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective construction management plans.
- Ability to control the cost within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination for interior fitout projects or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including plumbing,hvac,electrical,FAPS and construction management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
