Role & responsibilities

1. Project Execution: Manage end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring timely completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
2. Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and execution plans.
3. Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, including RCC, structural works, masonry, finishing, and overall construction activities.
4. Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
5. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labour productivity, billing, and cost optimization.
6. Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with construction quality standards, approved specifications, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
7. Technical Coordination: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, identify execution challenges, and resolve technical issues.
8. Project Monitoring: Track progress against planned timelines,



identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
9. Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and execution teams to achieve project targets.
10. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare MIS reports, progress updates, project documentation, and regular management presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience in residential / commercial real estate construction projects.
- Expertise in RCC, structural works, finishing, and project execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, contractor billing, and cost control.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Robust understanding of construction methodologies, quality standards, and site safety.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently handle large-scale construction projects and multiple stakeholders.
