Project Manager – IT Hardware & AMC Operations

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

We are hiring a Project Manager to manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations for computers and peripherals at government customer sites across Andhra Pradesh, including customers such as APDCL, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), and SEZ.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily AMC service operations across multiple customer sites.
- Supervise resident engineers and field service teams, including deployment, attendance, and work allocation.
- Coordinate installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS systems, and related peripherals.
- Track service calls, resolve escalations, and ensure timely closure within contractual service timelines.
- Coordinate with customer officials, vendors, and internal teams for service delivery and spare parts.
- Maintain asset records, service reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and AMC documentation.




- Conduct site visits and review service performance and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience managing IT hardware maintenance, AMC operations, or technical service projects.
- Experience handling government customers and supervising service engineers preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking.
- Strong communication, team management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu and English preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Andhra Pradesh as required.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline preferred.
