- Solid knowledge of MEP design, execution, and coordination.
- 12+ Years Experience in hotel or hospitality projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
