Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate projects from drawing and order handover through production, site execution, installation, and final client handover.

2. Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, purchase orders, and project schedules.

3. Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, production, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Monitor project progress, material availability, manpower, production schedules, dispatch, and installation timelines.

5. Ensure quality standards, finishing requirements, safety procedures, and approved specifications are followed.

6. To coordinate furniture and retail fixture projects from drawing and order handover through production, quality inspection, dispatch, installation and final client handover.





Preferred Candidate:

- 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, retail fixtures, modular furniture, joinery, or project execution.

- Valuable understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, materials, finishes, hardware, and installation processes.

- Experience coordinating factory production and/or on-site execution activities.

- Strong planning, team coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, project tracking tools, and AutoCAD drawings.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
