About the Role

HARWINN Insights is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager – CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) to manage international market research projects across B2B, B2C, and Healthcare sectors.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end CATI projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Oversee calling operations, interviewer productivity, and fieldwork execution.
- Coordinate with international clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor quotas, incidence rates (IR), LOI, and project performance.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, project costing, and resource planning.
- Maintain daily trackers, reports, and project documentation.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure client satisfaction.




- Ensure compliance with research quality standards.

? Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on CATI project management experience.
- Robust knowledge of international market research operations.
- Experience managing US/UK B2B, B2C, or Healthcare studies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CATI platforms, and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
