We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil with hands-on experience in Mivan construction for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project execution, planning, coordination, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor residential construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Must have hands-on experience in Mivan formwork construction and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise labour, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Review drawings, BOQs,



material requirements, and construction methodologies.
- Identify site issues and implement effective solutions to avoid delays.
- Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure proper utilisation of materials, manpower, and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality control, and site management.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
