Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction management, and testing & commissioning.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against targets and identify potential issues for mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical queries related to electrical systems design, installation, operation & maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in managing EPC solar projects specifically ground-mounted solar plants.

- /B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or equivalent qualification required.

- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale renewable energy projects involving complex electrical systems installations.
