Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans,

- including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Team Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate the efforts of project

teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.effective execution within the approved budget.standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.effective strategies to mitigate them.changes, and final reports.

- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure cost

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality

- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing

- Problem Solving: Identify potential risks or delays and implement

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project progress





Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction

Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 13 years in construction project management,

preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS

Project, Primavera) and a solid understanding of construction methodologies.

- Leadership: Solid leadership and team management abilities.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
