Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Andhra University College of Engineering in Visakhapatnam. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing projects related to academic initiatives, infrastructure development, and administrative improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating with faculty, administrative staff, vendors, and contractors, and monitoring progress to ensure milestones are met.

The Project

Manager will manage resources and budgets, track risks and issues,



and prepare regular status reports for leadership. The role also involves ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols while facilitating smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely follow-up on deliverables, materials, and approvals.

- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate movement of materials, resources, and equipment efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; proficiency in project management tools; strong communication and documentation skills; and the ability to work collaboratively in an academic workplace.
