We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with exposure to electrical product development to lead cross-functional squads and drive Agile practices. The role focuses on product quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile squads and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to align product strategy and execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Electrical Engineering, Design, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrialization.

- Drive electrical product development activities, ensuring quality, cost, and time-to-market targets.

- Identify and resolve project impediments, risks,



and inter-team dependencies.

- Coach teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.

- Monitor squad budgets, development costs, and delivery progress.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall experience, including product development or project management.

- Experience in electrical product development, preferably in the electrical equipment or power management industry.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Secure frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
