Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to manage and execute solar power installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor solar installation projects at customer sites.
- Supervise solar panel mounting, inverter installation, DC/AC wiring, earthing, and related electrical works.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, material requirements, and site activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quality installation.
- Maintain daily site reports, project documentation, and progress updates.




- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of completed solar projects.

Eligibility & Skills
- B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and basic electrical drawings.
- Positive site coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to manage site teams and complete assigned work within deadlines.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
