We are looking for a technically strong Civil Project Engineer with proven leadership skills to independently manage residential and commercial building projects from site mobilisation to final handover.

Experience: 8–15 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience

Employment: Full time, site-based

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day site execution, ensuring projects meet approved designs, quality standards, budgets and timelines.
- Manage all construction stages, including foundation, RCC, masonry, waterproofing, services coordination and finishing works.
- Interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, identify discrepancies and obtain clarifications before execution.
- Plan and manage labour teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), architects and consultants.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements and procurement schedules.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records,



quality checklists and project documentation.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and bills, and support client billing.
- Monitor material consumption, control wastage and enforce site safety.
- Take ownership of resolving site issues, completing snag rectification and handing over the project.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
- Strong labour management, site leadership and decision-making skills.
- An assertive, accountable approach with the ability to drive work to completion.
- Strong client communication and PMC coordination skills.
- Proficiency in BOQs, estimation, billing and documentation.
- Sound understanding of architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong spoken and written English.

Salary: Based on experience and demonstrated capability. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
