The candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suitable Government, PSU, and private tenders, monitoring e-tender portals, assessing eligibility and commercial feasibility, and preparing technical and financial bids, BOQ, rate analysis, costing, EMD, and tender documentation. The role includes coordinating technical qualifications, tender clarifications, LOI/LOA, Work Orders, agreements, and performance security. The candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, manpower, contractors, materials, quality control, timelines, and coordination with site teams and clients.

Responsibilities also include coordinating MB, RA Bills, and Final Bills, verifying measurements, reconciling BOQ, submitting bills for certification, and maintaining project documentation.



The candidate will follow up with concerned departments and accounts teams for bill certification, payment release, outstanding dues, retention money, security deposits, and final payments. Additionally, the candidate will maintain effective coordination with Government departments, PSU officials, consultants, and other stakeholders, handle project-related correspondence and clarifications, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the tendering, execution, billing, payment realization, and project closure process.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
