Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Project Engineer to support project planning, execution, monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will work closely with multiple departments to track project progress, resolve execution challenges, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables within defined cost, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Analyse project data, identify deviations, and support root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports, risk registers, and action-item logs.
- Follow up on pending activities, identify bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues.
- Support project cost tracking, resource planning, and budget monitoring.
- Understand the commercial impact of delays, rework, material shortages, and scope changes.
- Prepare project status reports and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and execution efficiency.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and evaluate performance gaps.
- Problem-Solving: Logical thinking and a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication & Coordination: Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to coordinate across teams and Leadership.
- Commercial Acumen: Basic understanding of project costs, budgets, resource utilisation, and cost control.
- Planning & Organisation: Ability to prioritise activities, track milestones, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with MS Project, PLM, ZOHO Project, or Power BI will be an added advantage.
