Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal technical teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities and timelines
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Communicate project requirements clearly to development, design, and QA teams
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Schedule and lead internal and client meetings as required
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, dependencies, and approvals
- Support change requests and scope management
- Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and quality guidelines
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field




- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or IT project support
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Robust organizational and documentation skills
- Experience working with technical teams (developers, designers, testers)

Technical Skills (Preferred)

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira )
- Basic understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, APIs, or software development
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of documentation tools (Confluence, Google Docs, MS Office)
