Job Summary

FFCE is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support food and beverage industry projects, including food product development, food manufacturing setup, project coordination, and consultancy assignments. The candidate will assist in project planning, documentation, client coordination, progress tracking, and communication with internal technical teams to ensure the timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating food and beverage industry projects, including product development and food manufacturing setup.
- Coordinate with food technologists, consultants, clients, vendors, and other internal teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and pending activities.
- Maintain project documentation, client requirements, progress reports, and project trackers.
- Follow up with technical teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, quotations, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams and maintain minutes of meetings.
- Support documentation related to food product development, manufacturing processes, and project execution.




- Monitor project progress and report delays or challenges to the Project Manager.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to food safety, quality, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing operations, wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed project activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn food technology, product development, and manufacturing project workflows.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in project coordination, food technology, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related field. Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds and good coordination skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate A detail-oriented and responsible candidate who can coordinate with technical teams and clients, maintain accurate project records, and support the successful execution of food and beverage industry projects.
