WE ARE HIRING- PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Industry: Automation Engineering | Electrical & Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Prepare project schedules, track milestones, monitor progress, and escalate delays.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, clarifications, meetings, and updates.
- Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, PLC/SCADA, CAD, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of technical documents and drawings.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, approval trackers, drawing revisions, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Purchase & Vendor Coordination: Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, material deliveries, and vendor documentation.
- Site Coordination: Monitor site progress, material requirements, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Billing & Payments: Coordinate project billing, invoices, certifications, and payment follow-ups with clients and accounts.




- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, accounts, site teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality & Compliance: Track quality documents, contractual requirements, project specifications, and changes in project scope, cost, or schedule.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or engineering projects is preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
