Role Overview:

The Project Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, technical standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design & Planning: Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailed design plans in line with project requirements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and other engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drawing & Documentation: Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Monitor project progress to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, quality standards, and schedules.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to address project requirements and resolve design-related issues.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct site visits to verify that construction work aligns with approved architectural drawings and specifications.




- Quality & Compliance: Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Design Changes & Problem-Solving: Review design modifications, resolve technical challenges, and ensure changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Support project managers in managing design-related costs, resources, and deadlines.
- Team Coordination: Guide junior architects and coordinate with design teams to maintain quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience in architectural design, project coordination, and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software, depending on project requirements.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience: Experience in handling architectural projects from design development through construction and project handover.
