PCGT is an NGO established in 2002 to promote good governance, transparency, accountability and ethical values through education and citizen engagement.

Kuchh Aur is PCGT’s value-based education initiative that nurtures values, empathy and responsible citizenship among children through interactive sessions and activities in schools and communities.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Social Work, Education and related discipline. 1–2 years of relevant experience in programme implementation, training, documentation and community engagement

. Experience working with school-based intervention, community engagement and NGOs is desirable.

Skills, Attributes & Key Responsibilities

Robust communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of Marathi in addition to both . Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and other digital tools.

Ability to facilitate value-based sessions, develop learning resources and coordinate training programmes.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and report-writing skills, with the ability to manage events, workshops and stakeholder coordination.





Experience in programme documentation, reporting and impact assessment.  Build and maintain effective relationships with teachers, school staff, community stakeholders, volunteers and partner organizations.

Maintain programme records, attendance data, photographs and other relevant documentation.

Prepare session reports, event reports, programme updates, newsletters and other communication material

Willingness to undertake regular training , fieldwork and travel across Mumbai.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate events and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
