Stars N Celebs (SNC) is building an Artist Identity Marketplace that helps actors, models, singers, dancers, influencers, and other creative professionals establish their identity, improve their visibility, and explore opportunities.

Our mission is to make talent more visible and accessible while helping artists build their presence in the entertainment and creator economy.

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual to build and manage our Campus Ambassador Programme and expand Stars N Celebs' presence across colleges and universities.

About the Role

As Campus Ambassador Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our campus outreach initiative.

Your primary responsibility will be to build a network of campus ambassadors who can introduce Stars N Celebs to aspiring artists, performers, creators, and students interested in the entertainment industry.

You will be responsible for developing campus partnerships, coordinating ambassadors, implementing promotional initiatives, and driving relevant registrations and paid subscriptions on the platform.

We are looking for someone who can build a network, mobilise people, and deliver measurable growth—not simply coordinate activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Network Development

- Identify and establish connections with colleges, universities, and student communities.
- Build relationships with student leaders, cultural societies, theatre groups, dance and music clubs, fashion societies, and college event organisers.
- Identify campuses with strong communities of aspiring artists, performers, models, and content creators.
- Develop a structured plan to expand SNC's reach across multiple colleges.

1. Campus Ambassador Recruitment & Management

- Recruit and onboard campus ambassadors across colleges and universities.
- Build and manage an active network of student representatives.
- Establish clear expectations, performance indicators, and engagement plans for ambassadors.




- Motivate ambassadors to promote the platform and generate relevant registrations and subscriptions.
- Monitor ambassador performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

1. Subscriber Acquisition & Platform Growth

- Develop campus-level strategies to generate artist registrations and paid subscriptions.
- Coordinate targeted promotional campaigns to introduce students and emerging artists to Stars N Celebs.
- Help prospective subscribers understand the platform's benefits, features, and subscription options.
- Identify effective ways to convert interested prospects into registered users and paying subscribers.
- Track the source of registrations and subscriptions to measure campaign effectiveness.

1. Campus Promotions & Partnerships

- Explore promotional opportunities through college festivals, talent showcases, cultural events, workshops, and student communities.
- Develop collaborations with college societies and relevant student organisations.
- Coordinate digital and on-campus promotional initiatives.
- Identify cost-effective opportunities to increase awareness and acquire subscribers.

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Establish measurable targets for ambassador recruitment, active campus participation, registrations, and paid subscriptions.
- Track campaign performance and subscription conversions.
- Maintain regular communication with ambassadors and review their progress.
- Recommend improvements based on results and feedback.
- Provide periodic reports on programme performance and growth.
