Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage farm mechanization skill-development projects.
- Develop CSR/RFP proposals and support project funding.
- Build partnerships with Government, Corporates, CSR organizations, NGOs, Banks and FPOs.
- Conduct farmer training, workshops, field demonstrations and community activities.
- Assess training needs and coordinate training programs and curriculum development.
- Manage teams, budgets, timelines, KPIs and project deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, case studies and project documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate project impact and training effectiveness.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, field visits and rural activities.
- Travel to rural/village locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Project/Program Management skills.
- Knowledge of Farm Mechanization/Agricultural Machinery/Rural Development.
- Experience in CSR proposals, business development and partnerships.




- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Experience in farmer/community training and capacity building.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets and multiple stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

- M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, OR
- B.Tech/B.E. Agricultural Engineering + MBA/PGDM in Operations, Rural Management or Agri-Business, OR
- Agriculture/Horticulture + MBA/PGDM in Social Sector/Rural Development with relevant farm mechanization experience, OR
- Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with relevant farm mechanization/agricultural machinery experience.

Ideal Profile A professional with solid experience in farm mechanization + project management + CSR/business development + farmer/community engagement.
