Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage dairy skilling and capacity-building programmes.
- Develop CSR proposals, concept notes and project proposals.
- Build partnerships with Government, Corporates, NGOs, Banks, FPOs and Dairy organisations.
- Drive farmer/community engagement and field-level projects.
- Manage training programmes, skill-gap assessments and capacity building.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets, deliverables and impact.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, case studies and communication materials.
- Lead monitoring, evaluation and learning activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Someone with robust Dairy-sector experience who combines technical knowledge with a social/development-sector mindset.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Dairy-related roles
- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / B.V.Sc. / B.Tech (Dairy Husbandry) with MBA (Agri-Business/Rural Management), or relevant M.Sc./PhD.
- Language Requirement: Candidate should be able to speak and understand Assamese or Bengali language fluently.
