We are looking for a motivated skilled to support the development and implementation of skill development, livelihood, and youth employability programs. The role involves project execution, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring program outcomes to create sustainable employment opportunities for youth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement skilling and non-farm livelihood programs aligned with organisational objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and employability challenges faced by youth.
- Ensure program content remains aligned with evolving industry requirements and market demand.
- Build and maintain partnerships with government bodies, colleges, vocational training institutes, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and track program outputs and outcomes.
- Engage with communities and stakeholders to improve program participation and reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery.
