- Drive End-to-End Technology Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including, but not limited to:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Software Engineering
- Other specialized engineering positions
- Engage Exceptional Talent
- Identify and connect with high-quality talent across regions.
- Build meaningful conversations with candidates.
- Engage and influence passive candidates toward career opportunities.
- Partner with Stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.
- Think Beyond Traditional Sourcing
- Leverage diverse sourcing strategies beyond platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, including:
- Talent communities
- Employee referrals
- Niche talent platforms
- Direct outreach
- Creative Sourcing Channels
