- Supervise daily plastic injection molding production activities.
- Monitor machine operations, cycle time, and production targets.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, scrap, and wastage.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift management.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Maintain production reports, rejection records, and shift handover reports.
- Ensure 5S, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
- Troubleshoot basic molding defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, and warpages.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and processes.
- Understanding of production planning and quality standards.
- Manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and production documentation.
