Supervise shift production and achieve daily production targets. Monitor process parameters and product quality. Manage manpower and ensure effective shift deployment. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & other support functions. Handle troubleshooting and first-level maintenance activity. Monitor downtime, rejection, productivity and process losses.
Ensure
Safety, 5S, housekeeping and SOP compliance.
Drive
Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain shift records and ensure proper shift handover.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have 7-8 years experienced in continuous production process / Process technology or engineering/ Production automation / Industrial engineering background. Candidate should be preferable from Manufacturing industry / paper & pulp industry / glass industry / cement industry /Automotive industry / building material industry.
