: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, monitor manpower, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain product quality and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Production teams.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

Requirements:

- ITI,



Diploma, or Graduate in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and MS Excel is preferred.
