Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning &
- Execution:

- Assign daily and weekly production targets to line operators.

- Monitor raw material flow (rubber, latex, nitrile, leather, or synthetic textiles) to prevent line stoppages.

- Manage shift handovers, line balancing, and machine scheduling.

- Quality Control &

- Compliance:

- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) teams to inspect glove batches for pinholes, tear resistance, thickness, or sizing accuracy.

- Ensure adherence to industry and safety standards (such as ISO, CE, MDR guidelines).

- Team Leadership &

- Training:

- Supervise, train, and mentor machine operators and assembly workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Track attendance, manage shift rosters, and address floor-level performance issues.

- Maintenance &

- Safety:

- Monitor dipping lines, knitting machines, stitching units, or packaging equipment for minor faults.

- Enforce workplace safety rules, including the proper use of protective gear, ventilation, and 5S workplace organization.

- Reporting:

- Log daily output, scrap/waste rates, machine downtime,



and labor metrics into the ERP system or daily shift logs.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education:

- High school diploma with extensive shop-floor experience; a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management is preferred.

- Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (prior experience in a glove, garment, or rubber/latex dipping facility is a strong advantage).

- Technical Skills:

- Understanding of glove manufacturing processes (dipping, knitting, cutting, or stitching).

- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.

- Basic proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and production tracking tools.

- Soft Skills:

- Solid leadership and team-handling abilities.

- Problem-solving under pressure and clear communication skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
