SMAG Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for its garment manufacturing unit specializing in T-Shirts, Kidswear, Jackets, Lowers, and Sweatshirts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stitching and production floor activities.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Manage operators, helpers, and line workers.
- Monitor product quality and minimize defects and rework.
- Coordinate with the Production Incharge and Quality Team.
- Maintain daily production records and report output.
- Ensure proper workflow, discipline, and timely completion of orders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production supervision.
- Knowledge of stitching operations and garment quality standards.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets and solve floor-level issues.
