We are looking for an experienced Production Shift In-Charge with 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical API intermediates / bulk drug manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to approved manufacturing procedures, cGMP requirements, safety standards, production schedules, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Execute batches as per BMRs and SOPs.
- Monitor production processes and batch parameters.
- Manage production manpower and shift activities.
- Monitor batch yield and material consumption.
- Ensure proper production documentation and records.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering.
- Handle production-related deviations and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
- Maintain production areas and equipment standards.
- Support validation, trials, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
