We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage the workforce, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Manage, lead, and schedule workers to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Coordinate with team members to improve workflow and productivity.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Ability to manage workers and meet production deadlines.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
