Location: Pirangut, Pune, Maharashtra

1. Job Purpose To supervise electrical production and assembly activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, coordinate with the concerned departments, and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and delivery schedules.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily electrical production, wiring, assembly, and testing activities.

· Execute production plans as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.

· Allocate work to electrical technicians, wiremen, assemblers, and helpers.

· Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.

· Ensure proper wiring, panel assembly, component mounting, cable dressing, and termination as applicable to the product.

· Monitor production progress, productivity, and manpower utilization.

· Coordinate with Design, Quality, Planning, Stores, and Maintenance departments.

· Ensure the availability of electrical components, cables, wires, connectors, tools, and consumables.

· Perform or coordinate electrical inspection and testing as per approved procedures.

· Identify wiring errors, assembly defects, and production issues, and take corrective action.

· Maintain daily production reports, testing records, rejection reports, and manpower attendance.

· Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

· Minimize rework, material wastage, and production delays.

· Guide workers on correct working methods, quality standards, and safe electrical practices.

· Report daily production status, pending work, and material shortages to the Production Manager.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.

Educational Qualification

· ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade.

· Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be preferred.

4. Experience

· Fresher to 1 year of experience in electrical production, wiring, assembly, or a related manufacturing industry.

· Freshers with good technical knowledge and practical skills may also apply.

5. Technical Skills

· Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, assembly, and testing.

· Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.

· Knowledge of electrical components, cables, connectors, and termination methods.

· Familiarity with multimeters and other basic electrical testing instruments.

· Understanding of electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

· Knowledge of 5S, quality control, and shop-floor practices.

8. Working Conditions

· Work location: Manufacturing plant / shop floor.

· Working hours and weekly offs as per company policy.

· Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and handling electrical assembly activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
