About the role

YUDI LIVING is looking for a hands-on Production & Operations Coordinator to manage the journey from approved design to production-ready drawings, vendor follow-up, quality checks and dispatch. This role suits someone organised, technically confident and comfortable working directly with fabricators, workshops and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and update AutoCAD line drawings, dimensioned drawings, fabrication details and production drawings for furniture and related products. Coordinate with factories, fabricators, material suppliers and finishing vendors across Mumbai and other parts of India. Track production schedules, order status, lead times, dependencies and delivery commitments; flag delays early and propose solutions. Maintain a clear tracker for each order, including drawings, approvals, materials, vendor status, costs, QC notes and dispatch dates. Coordinate prototypes, samples, material/finish approvals and design revisions with the internal team and vendors. Carry out or coordinate quality checks against approved drawings, dimensions, finish, material and workmanship standards. Coordinate warehouse activities such as receiving, inventory records, assembly, packaging,



photography preparation and dispatch, as required. Maintain organised production documentation, photographs, vendor records and issue logs.

What we’re looking for
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in furniture, interiors, product manufacturing or workshop coordination. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to produce accurate, clear production drawings. Understanding of furniture construction, materials, hardware, finishes and fabrication processes. Solid follow-up, documentation, scheduling and problem-solving skills. Comfortable communicating with vendors, workshop teams and internal stakeholders. Practical, detail-oriented and willing to visit workshops, factories or the warehouse when needed.

What success looks like
- Production drawings are accurate, current and shared before work begins. Orders have clear owners, realistic timelines and regular status updates. Production issues and delays are identified early rather than at dispatch. Quality, packaging and delivery checks are documented consistently.
