Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure day-to-day production activities are carried out as per production orders received for Unit 1.

Monitor and maintain the production process in accordance with defined SOPs.

Analyze production output, productivity, manpower efficiency, and wastage, and take corrective actions when required.

Handle production and quality-related issues, including customer complaints, by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Oversee manpower management, grievance handling, and workforce optimization to achieve maximum operational efficiency.

Train and guide subordinate employees regarding production processes, SOPs, GMP, and workplace discipline.

Monitor the condition of production equipment and report maintenance issues to the concerned department.

Communicate regular production updates and reports to management.

Ensure production activities comply with safety, health, hygiene, and quality standards.





Ensure proper quality parameters and process controls are followed for all products while minimizing wastage.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across the production facility.

Ensure proper personal hygiene standards are maintained by all employees.

Stay updated with latest production management practices and process improvements.

Create SOPs for newly adopted production processes and systems.

Perform any additional production-related tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Beverages Production.

Ready to work in factory currently at Narhe MIDC near Sinhgad Rd Pune and relocate at Shirwal location after factory get shift from Narhe MIDC to Shirwal MIDC Location.
