Department: Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / Graduate (Supply Chain qualification preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Support production planning and prepare daily production schedules.
- Enter customer orders and prepare BOM-wise Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) requirement sheets.
- Monitor daily production output against the approved plan.
- Check RM/PM availability and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material shortages and pending requirements.
- Track purchase orders, material receipt, QC approvals, and printed packaging material status.
- Maintain order trackers and coordinate with Marketing/CRM regarding order status.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for batch documentation, testing, and finished goods release.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering production, pending orders, material shortages, and dispatches.




- Coordinate dispatch planning and maintain accurate inventory and order records.

Required Skills

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including lookups and PivotTables.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
