Production Manager - Speciality Chemicals A speciality-chemicals manufacturer with an export-led order book and a multipurpose batch plant

Export orders have grown, but the batch plant was built for a smaller, steadier mix. Campaigns change more often, reactors sit idle during cleaning and changeover, and batch cycle times vary more than they should. The Production Manager will plan and run this plant so that export shipments leave on time and every batch is made safely and right first time.

The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire this role. You will lead shift in-charges and operators across reactors, filtration and drying, own batch planning with the supply chain team, and work closely with QA, EHS and maintenance on deviations, PSM and solvent recovery. Location: Remote (India)





- 8 to 12 years in batch chemical production, 3 or more leading a plant or block
- BE or BTech in chemical engineering
- Robust grounding in process safety, HAZOP and handling of hazardous materials
- Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits for export markets
- Comfort with SAP PP or a similar planning module
